We Make Booking Easy! A 25% deposit to book a room and the balance is paid in cash upon arrival.

- Pet Fee $25 USD per pet, per stay... NOT PER DAY!
- Available Pet Sitting Service $10 USD Per Day

- 25% of the booking to save the dates
- Balance paid upon arrival in cash
- We are a dog friendly vacation rental. Your well-behaved, friendly fido is welcome here.

Our Refund Policy:
- Your deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation is made within 31 days before arrival.
- Your deposit is 50% refundable if the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before arrival.
